Svetilnik · com.lucka.svetilnik · AK energija d.o.o.
In force 7 October 2026 · first edition
Svetilnik is a logic puzzle that runs on your phone and only on your phone. No account, no advertising, no analytics, no server of ours. Nothing you solve, time, set or leave half-finished is transmitted to AK energija d.o.o. or to anybody else — and the fourth card on this page tells you how to confirm that for yourself rather than taking our word for it.
What Svetilnik keeps on your phone
Android gives every app a private storage area that other apps cannot read. Svetilnik writes five things into it, and nothing else:
The chart you are in the middle of — which lamps you have placed and which squares you have marked as ruled out, so that leaving mid-solve and coming back resumes rather than restarts.
Which charts are finished, one flag each, and the best time recorded for a chart where one was recorded at all.
How many hints remain, since hints are rationed rather than unlimited.
Your settings — the interface language, Slovenian or English, and the display options the app offers.
Nothing beyond that. No archive of past attempts, no record of how long you stared at a chart before giving up, no count of the lamps you placed and took back.
None of it has a name attached, or an identifier, or any route back to us. It is copied into a device backup only if you have Android's own backup switched on, in which case Google holds that backup under Google's terms and we see nothing of it either. Uninstalling the app takes all five with it.
What it never does
No sign-in, no profile. The app never asks for a name, an email address or a telephone number and has nowhere to keep one.
No advertising, no advertising identifier. The build ships without an ad SDK of any kind, which means the Advertising ID is never queried and no bidder anywhere is told that a puzzle-solver exists at this address.
No analytics, no crash reporting, no remote configuration. No session counted, no screen logged, no stack trace sent, no switch we can flip from outside.
No permissions of consequence. No location, contacts, camera, microphone, photos or files — and the whole game runs with the phone in flight mode.
No leaderboard and no comparison. Your best times are yours. They are not ranked against anybody, because there is nobody to rank them against.
These describe the build on the store today. The last card on this page sets out the order in which any of them would have to be withdrawn if that changed.
Do not take our word for any of this
A privacy policy is a promise written by the party it constrains, which is a poor sort of evidence. A lighthouse is a decent image for how this app is built — it throws light outward and watches nothing — but an image is not proof either, and you have no reason to accept either one from us.
So here are three ways to check the claims above from outside the company, none of which requires trusting a word on this page.
Read the Data safety section of the Play listing. Google requires every publisher to declare what an app collects and shares, and that declaration is filled in by us under Google's rules rather than written here. If it ever contradicts this page, one of the two is wrong and the discrepancy is reportable to Google — which is the point of having both.
Look at the permissions. They are listed on the store page and again in Android's own app info, where we have no ability to edit them. An application that has not requested network access cannot transmit anything, whatever its policy says, and that is a fact about the operating system rather than about our intentions.
Put the phone in flight mode and solve a whole chart. Nothing will slow down, nothing will fail to save, and no feature will quietly stop working — because nothing was ever leaving. An app that depends on a server behaves very differently the moment the radio goes off, and the difference is impossible to fake.
If any of the three ever stops matching what this page says, we would rather you found out that way than not at all.
Clearing what it saved
Restarting a chart replaces the position that was saved for it. For everything at once, Android's own app settings will clear Svetilnik's storage while leaving the app installed, which returns it to its first run — no progress, no times, hints restored, settings at their defaults.
Neither route needs anything from us, and neither can be undone, because no second copy of any of it was ever made anywhere.
Who is responsible
Naming a controller is not optional under Article 13, however little that controller turns out to handle, so here it is without the usual vagueness about "the developer": AK energija d.o.o., registered at Rakuseva ulica 8, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia, trading as Energija Tech Studio, with Andraž Kuralt answerable for it.
What falls under that name begins and ends with the inbox. The app hands us nothing to control, so there is no processing to supervise behind it. Fetching or updating Svetilnik from Google Play is Google's own affair with you, on Google's terms, and it would look identical whoever had written the game.
If you write to us
Mail reaches zarek@glnsistem.space. Your address, your message and anything attached arrive with us and are kept while the matter is live and for a short period after it closes, in case it reopens, then deleted. We rely on legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f), the interest being the obvious one: a developer answering post about his own game. The message is read, replied to, and put to no other use whatever — not a list, not a sale, not a newsletter. Ask for a thread to go sooner and it goes.
Because nothing in the app carries an identifier, nothing in your email can be matched to anything you played. If a chart misbehaved, say which one and describe what you had placed — we have no way to look it up.
What we can do for you, and three things we cannot
Slovenia applies the General Data Protection Regulation alongside the national Zakon o varstvu osebnih podatkov (ZVOP-2). Rather than list rights that mostly have nothing to act on here, it is more useful to be exact about where our power ends.
What we can do
Everything the Regulation provides, in full, for the one thing we hold: your correspondence. Tell us what is held about you and show it to you; give you a copy; correct what is wrong; erase the thread; restrict its use while something is in dispute; hand it over in a portable form; and stop entirely if you object — since answering letters is the whole of the processing, an objection simply ends it. No charge, no particular form of words, an answer due within one month.
What we cannot do, first
We cannot produce your progress, your best times or your hint count, because they are on your handset and have never been anywhere else. A request for a copy of them is one only you can satisfy, and the card above says how.
What we cannot do, second
We cannot recognise you. There is no account, no device identifier and no installation ID in the build, so we could not tell two players apart, link an email to a game, or confirm that the person writing is the person who played. That is a limitation we chose, and we are not going to undo it in order to serve a request better.
What we cannot do, third
We cannot delete what we never received, and we will not pretend otherwise by sending a confirmation that nothing was deleted from nowhere. If you ask us to erase your data and the honest answer is that there is none, that is the answer you will get, in writing, with this page cited.
None of that limits your rights; it limits us. If you think an answer of ours falls short, the supervisory authority is the Information Commissioner — Informacijski pooblaščenec — at ip-rs.si, which takes complaints directly, with no obligation to come to us first. Anyone living elsewhere in the EEA may use their own national authority instead.
Children
Svetilnik has no chat, no user-generated content, no links out of the app and no purchases. It collects no data from any user, which necessarily includes any user under sixteen, so there is no consent mechanism to operate and none is pretended. It is a grid, some walls and a lamp.
If this page is ever rewritten
The date beneath the title names the edition in force. Where a release would make any statement above untrue — anything collected, anything transmitted, a component added, a permission requested — the order does not vary: this page is corrected first, the Data safety declaration in the Play Console is corrected in the same sitting, and only then does that release reach anybody. A sentence tidied for clarity is not such a change and brings nothing with it but a newer date.
Superseded editions are kept. Ask at the address below and the earlier text is sent to you — which, together with the three checks above, is the only way anybody outside this company can hold this page to account.
